About this Event
Welcome to the Florida ACMA 2025 Pre-Conference Reception! Join us for an evening of education, networking and fun before the main event kicks off. The reception will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld, a fantastic venue to meet and greet fellow attendees and our VIP Sponsors.
Relax! Start our conference off right, dress code is white party, beach chic, shorts & tee's, and /or luau!
We've secured a great space at the hotel, indoor reception hall & an outdoor terrace overlooking the hotel's lagoon pool. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with industry professionals and get a head start on the conference festivities. We can't wait to see you there!
We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Ronald Hirsch, an expert in Case Management and navigating the Medicare landscape will speak on "Looking Ahead to 2026-Medicare and Medicare Advantage Update!"
Event Attendee Registration Requirements:
- This is a FREE event, but you must be registered for the Florida Chapter main conference on Friday, August 1st, to attend. You can click here to register for the main conference.
- One Registration per Person please. No exceptions.
- You must be over 21 years old. Please drink responsibly.
- You must be a RN CM, Social Worker, LMHC, or other professional in the Case Management field.
- No guests permitted.
- CE Session CE credit will be provided for RN CM & Social Workers only.
Please Note: This event is NOT open to the public. It is intended for Case Management professionals only. The Florida Chapter reserves the right to deny access to anyone.
DETAILS:
WHEN: Thursday, July 31st, 2025 (main conference Friday August 1st, 2025)
4:30 PM: Doors open
5-6 PM: CE session with Dr. Hirsch
6-8 PM: Luau themed reception with appetizers, food, & open bar service
WHERE: The Tower Hall (2nd floor) and Terrace at the DoubleTree Orlando at Sea World.
